BridgeNow respects your privacy. We process personal information in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) when you enquire about a commission advance or agency facility.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, estate agency details, product interest, estimated net commission, expected registration date, and any message you choose to send. We do not ask for identity documents, bank login details, or other sensitive documents through the website form.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, confirm next steps, and explain costs in writing before you proceed with a loan / advance. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Information may be shared with our operating entity, Horison Tech (Pty) Ltd, and with professional parties necessary to assess or settle an advance (for example conveyancers or agency principals), only where relevant to your request.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information where applicable under POPIA.
